Pros: Good bartending Service, and entertainment. The atomosphere makes you forget that you are in the city.
Cons: Parking in the city is never fun, and sometimes the meters will over-charge you. If you can grab dollar coins to put in the machine I would recommend you do that instead of swiping your credit card (it's just safer that way). A Pay-for-parking machine charged me twice on one ..

I used to live in Maryland and a regular to bars at Power Plant Live. I have been back several times to visit and I usually make effort to get Downtown and this is one of the places I like to go.
Pros: The entertainment at Angels Rock Bar is what makes this place so incredible. The service and the atmosphere have always been top notch.
Cons: Getting to Power Plant Live and paying high parking fees is never fun. What else can you expect from Downtown Baltimore though?

Pretty much can get an all you can drink special whenever you want if you contact Rachel. Almost seems desperate to attract binge drinkers.
