Permanently Closed.. Argosy Cafe is distinctly Baltimore. Located in the first floor of the Munsey Building, named for Frank Munsey, we have named the restaurant for his weekly pulp magazines. We provide many Baltimore and Mid-Atlantic classics with a twist. Not to mention the coffee, we brew in ways you haven't seen before. So come on in and join us on this adventure, if nothing else it will be delicious.
