Description

This 786 acre park on the Chesapeake Bay opened on June 25, 1952 and offers an array of recreational activities. The park & sandy beaches provide a great view of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge & boats traveling along the bay. The park includes activities such as bird watching, motor boat rentals, canoeing, kayaking, crabbing, cross country skiing, fishing, historic interest, hiking trails, picnic areas, playground, shelters, swimming & wind surfing.
