Mac N Cheese Cook-off
Event Details
Who doesn't love mac n cheese!?! Join us as we invite our friends and neighbors in to show off their culinary masterpieces.
Participants will need to make their very best mac n cheese concoction that will be graded on uniqueness, aroma, texture and flavor. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place cash prize, as well as the viewers choice award decided by the crowd, a best presentation award, a best texture award and a creativity award. You will also need to name your dish, let's have some fun with it!
Presentation - When your mac n cheese is given to our judges, they will be judging each on the way it is presented to them. The container it's in, the toppings, etc. Keep in mind they're only samples so 4oz or less is plenty.
Best Texture- Is it dry or creamy or chunky.. Our judges will decide which they like best!
Creativity - We've seen some wild stuff come through our chili cook-off and we hope to see the same here! Whether it's baked, homemade, from the box, vegan, add meat, spices or whatever! Do your best (or worst)!
These are all separate awards, however you can win more than category!!!
The Entry fee is $25. Please provide your own crock pot and extension cord. Arrive at 1pm to get ready.
