About Downtown Baltimore
The skyline of downtown Baltimore is lined with towering office buildings and luxery hotels, but nestled below lie streets of shops, businesses, museums, restaurants, bars and clubs, and performing arts venues. Most of the nightlife in downtown Baltimore is found in the Power Plant Live section of downtown but many others are below the high rise buildings & around the stadiums. Bars, night clubs & restaurants in downtown Baltimore are not the only forms of entertainment in downtown. Right in the heart of downtown Baltimore is the Inner Harbor which is a popular tourist spot for the many attractions, shops & restaurants in the area. The Baltimore Aquarium is also located here at the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Be sure to also catch a Baltimore Ravens or Baltimore Orioles game while you are in town. The light rail runs from south of Baltimore through downtown to north of Baltimore in Towson and Hunt Valley which provides great transportation to the downtown area. With many things to do in downtown Baltimore you will be sure to enjoy everything it has to offer.
