The run starts at 7am at Patterson Park- Linwood Ave and Eastern Ave.
Event Details
Falls Road Running, the official training partner of the Baltimore Running Festival, will continue their long standing tradition of hosting supported on-course training runs to help you prepare for race day.
This run will feature three water stops and highlight the actual race routes.Everyone is encouraged to bring your own water bottle / hydration device, as well as your favorite gel / energy supplement.
NO BATHROOM FACILITIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
Water & Gatorade Endurance will be provided to you along the course.
Remember to thank your volunteers.
Parking is free throughout the neighborhood, but fair warning, it can be challenging. Canton, Fells Point, and other Baltimore City residents are strongly encouraged to run, bicycle, or Uber / Lyft to the start. In addition, there is a Baltimore Bikeshare station at the NW corner of Patterson Park (Patterson Park Ave & E. Baltimore Street).
There will be 10 and 20 mile routes. Please email pete@baltimorerunning.com with the distance you plan to run and select "Going" or "Maybe" if you are still unsure, so that you see all the updates.
This is a no-fee, casual group run, which will not be timed or held on a closed road. Runners of all abilities/paces are welcome, but MUST obey all traffic laws.
We ask that you run against traffic or on sidewalks for best visibility and safety. RUN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Feel free to add or subtract mileage if you are at a different training distance that weekend. We will provide support for up to 5 hours.
